How do you send my items?

We have 3 options when using our shopping cart.

EMS Thailand

We highly recommend Fedex for larger order and EMS smaller orders.

(All our shipping costs are calculated by weight).

I don't see my country(i don't know my shipping zone) on the shipping page?

Unfortunately we can't put every country and shipping weight on the shipping page because there are thousands, but they are in our data base. Please use our checkout to find out an accurate shipping cost to your country.

How can i find out the shipping costs for items?

I don't see shipping options for my country when trying to checkout and a red cross appears in the top right of screen?

This means the postage for your country isn't in our database, please contact us for shipping costs.

I see a blank white page and 'Invalid token' in the top when trying to log in?

If this problem happens please click back and try logging in again. If problem persists please contact us.

What is a certificate of origin (c/o)?

A certificate of origin is a document which goes with your order. If the order is stopped at customs it will greatly reduce the taxes to be paid. European countries need a c/o for large orders. We can add a c/o to your order which is recommended.  Our shopping cart will automatically add the cost of the c/o for large orders.

*It is not necessary to have a c/o for small orders.

I want to buy wholesale, can I order a sample?

Samples can be ordered using our shopping cart.

Will I have to pay tax for my country?

This depends on your country and quantities, small orders won't be taxed but larger orders may get taxed.  We can't pay the tax for the customer but we can try to reduce it. If you have any questions please contact us.
