How to order from wholesale, made to order and Buy clothes on-line sections.
Wholesale
Process.
1. Let us know by email, phone or fax the code and quantities of goods required.
2. We will let you know the avalibilty of the goods and ask the customer if they would like to confirm the order.
3. If confirmed an invoice will be sent for the goods. (administraton fee of 3.9% is added if using paypal)
4. When the payment is complete the order will be processed.
5. The order will be sent to the shipper and an invoice will be sent from us for the shipping costs. ( for shipping cost under 10,000 Thai baht (approx 317 USD) there is no transfer/administration fee if using Paypal.) Goods are sent using Fedex,T.N.T. or DHL.
6. When the shipping payment is complete the order will be dispatched from the shipper to the customer.
* if you have your own shipper or would like to deal with the shipper yourselves then this is fine please let us know the details of where to deliver the goods to in Bangkok.
If you need to know approx shipping costs to your country using Fedex please contact us for the latest price list.
* We would like to ask customers to please not confirm orders if payments are a problem.
* For first time customers ordering wholesale please note we won't start proccessing the order until the full payment or full deposit is made.
