All items are carefully packaged for secure international postal handling.

We have a number of different shipping methods and it is up to you which one you choose.

Thailand Post, EMS, FedEx Express or Fedex Economy

If you have your own shipper then let us know and we can arrange delivery to your shipper in Bangkok.

Larger orders of around 100 - 120 pieces are best sent by shippers FedEx.

We can also apply for a certificate of origin/country of origin (CO) on your behalf with no handling costs.** Most European countries require a (CO) to clear customs**

The cost of a c.o. is 800 Thai baht our shopping cart will automatically add this to your order if required (this is only for European countries that require a C/O recommended for large orders to Europe) if you are outside this area our cart won't add the extra cost this is only available using Fedex.

Our shopping cart calculates by weight below are some example tables to give you a rough idea of the postage costs and so you can compare cost.

If you don't see your country please use our checkout to see an accurate cost and weight for your country.

We have 2 options for Fedex Express 3 days and Economy 5 days.

Bellow is a table of approximate costs using Fedex Economy including packing. (track and trace)

Recommended for larger orders,

Below is approximate costs for some countries using EMS shipping (track and trace)

Thailand post airmail 8-20 days delivery time (signed delivery)

Recommended for smaller orders.

Smaller orders can be shipped using Thailand Post from Bangkok, Thailand. The delivery times described here are out of our control and are estimates only - peak holiday seasons will add to these estimates

Find out your shipping using our cart by following these simple steps.

1. Register a new account or login if you already have one.
2. Go to the product and click the 'add to cart' button.
3. Click 'show cart' on the left in the Shopping cart box.
4. You will see your selected items at the top Click 'Check Out' to continue.
5. Check your address is correct or add a new address and click 'next' to contine.
6. You will now be show a list of shipping options and costs which has been calculated by weight.
7. You can now continue with the order or cancel by clicking the bin icon. This will empty your shopping cart.

* Returns: We will gladly accept a product back for a refund within 5 days after date of reception. Proof of postage must be email i.e. receipt. We do not pay for return shipping. Returns are contingent upon product inspection once we receive it. Each product returned must be in its original condition and ready to go back on the shelf. This includes the item and its packaging. Please follow our guidelines below when returning a product. Please provide a note with your name, order number, order date, what you are returning, daytime telephone number, and the reason you are returning the product. The cost of shipping your order to you, will be deducted from any refund given (unless the items have defects in which case we will refund the postage) For example, if your order was $24.95 plus $6.50 shipping, your refund will be the cost of the item, which is $24.95.
