An order cannot be altered after the order is confirmed.
If an order is returned because the customer has not picked up the order or because a wrong address (customer error) is give to The Mango House the customer will be responsible for any fees that occur ie. tax/duty/shipping fees. This is because some shipping companies will charge the shipper for the return fees and tax/duty may be added please be aware that tax and duty to Thailand is alot more than most countries. The Mango House will try to assist the customer to get the goods returned but will not be responsible for the cost of the products, shipping, tax/duty that may occur from the returned shipment
I understand that The Mango House is not responsible for customs/duty taxes that may occur in my country. The Mango House clothing comes with no labels unless otherwise stated in the product description. I understand that The Mango House is not responsible for the claimed transfer times of the carrier that I have selected and that it is the responsibility of the carriers, Thailand post, EMS, Fedex or TnT. I understand that colors may vary slightly if viewing on a different computer and The Mango House is not responsible for slight color variations..
Goods are available for sale to Buyers. Goods are sold as seen. By placing an order the Buyer undertakes and confirms that they are purchasing as a business.
If the Goods are not available from stock then the Supplier will notify the Buyer. The Buyer can either choose an alternative or to wait until those goods are available or can receive a full refund within 28 days.
