If you have any problems using our cart please contact us quoting the products you require.
After you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email with details so that you know we have received your order.

Shipping
Our shopping cart will calculate the cost of shipping using weight and give you 4 options, Fedex Express, Fedex Economy, EMS Thailand. Shipping costs are based on destination and weight. We highly recommend for large orders you choose Fedex. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped on the following business day. If you have your own shipping methods please contact us with your details.
  
Returning Goods
If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us within 48 hours of order receipt to let us know. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. If you return the goods to us, they must be unused and in the same condition as when we sent them to you. Any costs associated with returning the goods will be at the customer’s expense(this depends on the reason for returns). Authorized returns of the full order amount will be refunded to your account as soon as the goods are received by us. If you prefer to have a store credit, it will be applied to your next order.

3. Western Union (customers are responsible for all transfer fees)
4. Bank transfer (customers are responsible all transfer fees) takes 5 to 7 business days to clear to bank.
 
Terms and Conditions
All prices are quoted and charged for in baht, All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn from sale without prior notice. If for any reason an item ordered cannot be supplied then an alternative product may be offered or a full refund made available for the missing item(s).
Payment can be made online on our website when you get to the checkout section, the options available are there to select from. Selecting PayPal will take you to the PayPal log-in page. All credit card payments are made via our secure server. For credit card payments we need the card-holder's billing address.
Once goods have been paid for, the order will be dispatched to the address provided by you the customer. No orders will be dispatched without payment being received unless authorised by the management.
